Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the sale to you of any of the goods listed on the Website. Please ensure that you read these Conditions carefully before you order any Goods from the Website. You should understand that by ordering any Goods through the Website you are agreeing to be bound by these Conditions.


We may update or amend these Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Website.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Returns are only accepted for unused items. As stated on the website should you need to change the shoes, we suggest a visit to our outlet where we can help you out to find the perfect shoe. After the order has been placed, any refund requests will be tackled on a case-by-case basis and delivery charges will not be refundable as these costs are carried by an external courier service.


In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Amrita Clinic shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify Amrita Clinic in within the following 3 days from the delivery date.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

Deliveries are affected from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public and National Holidays.


The complete and accurate delivery address information must be provided, including the address that the order will be delivered to and the name of the recipient. We will not be held accountable should the order not reach the intended recipient as a result of being supplied with incomplete or inaccurate information.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is accepted 36 hrs after the order has been made. After which a credit note can be issued.
